‘Quick and Easy Interval Timer’ is the quick and easy way to get your interval training started with two separate timers and up to 99 repetitions.
Navigation: Simply click on the repetition or timer label you want to edit. Select the number or repetitions or the time you want, click Select to confirm and to return to the start view.
Interval Timer will run in the background if your device goes to sleep, but please note that switching to another app during the workout will reset the app.
Click the music icon to select a playlist, an album or individual songs for your workout.
